Secure Checkout

At Fiurisies, we aim to provide a secure checkout experience. Payment transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers using secure connections and appropriate security measures.

Payment Information

Payment information is handled by the relevant payment provider during checkout. Fiurisies does not intentionally store complete payment card numbers or card security codes on its own systems.

Please never send complete payment card details, security codes, passwords, or other sensitive payment information to us by email.

Payment Verification

For certain transactions, your payment provider may request additional verification or authentication before a payment can be authorised.

Additional verification can help protect customers and reduce the risk of unauthorised transactions.

Fraud Prevention

We may use reasonable fraud-prevention and transaction-security measures to protect our customers, our business, and our payment systems.

Orders may be reviewed where there are reasonable indications of payment problems, suspected fraud, or other security concerns. If additional information is needed, we may contact you using the contact details provided with your order.

Payment Confirmation

Once your payment has been successfully authorised, we will normally proceed with order processing and send an order confirmation by email.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been dispatched. Shipping updates may be provided separately.

Payment Issues and Unrecognised Transactions

If you notice an unrecognised payment or believe there may be an issue with a transaction associated with Fiurisies, please contact us as soon as possible. For suspected unauthorised card transactions, you should also contact your bank or payment provider promptly.

If you have questions about payment methods, checkout, or transaction security, please contact our customer support team.
